Air Albania Overbooked Tirana-Izmir Flight, Forced to Take Delayed Istanbul Transfer

On my Air Albania flight from Tirana to Izmir, the airline overbooked by five tickets, causing us to be rerouted through Istanbul with an additional 5-hour delay. To make matters worse, the company doesn’t offer online check-in, and we bought the tickets through Turna, but they didn’t send our ticket numbers at first. When we contacted customer service, they assured us that because it was a charter flight, we wouldn’t have any issues. They said our tickets were confirmed, but now we’re stuck dealing with this unnecessary delay.
