Air Albania Canceled Flights ZB 1015 and ZB 1016 and Still Hasn’t Refunded €288.50
My scheduled Air Albania flights—ZB 1015 from Izmir to Tirana on November 10 and ZB 1016 from Tirana to Izmir on November 15—were canceled directly by the airline. I had purchased these tickets through Air Albania’s official website. After the cancellations, I submitted a refund request in May 2025, but even after three months, I am still waiting for my €288.50 refund.
During this time, I contacted Air Albania customer service multiple times by both phone and email. Each time, I was told that the refund had already been processed, yet no payment has ever reached me. This repeated misinformation has caused unnecessary frustration and wasted time, while my money remains withheld.
I am demanding that Air Albania immediately process my refund of €288.50 without any further delays. The lack of transparency and failure to deliver refunds damages passenger trust. I expect Air Albania to resolve this issue promptly and compensate me by returning the money I am rightfully owed.
