I was supposed to fly from Albania to Istanbul on September 30, 2024, on the 7:10 PM flight with Air Albania. Not only did the flight leave 40 minutes late, but when we arrived in Istanbul, I found out that none of our luggage had been loaded onto the plane! Our bags were left behind in Tirana, and about 40 of us were standing around at the Istanbul airport’s baggage claim, waiting for bags that never arrived. This is unacceptable. I demand immediate action to retrieve my luggage and compensate for the inconvenience. Air Albania needs to resolve this issue promptly!
