Air Albania Lost & Damaged My Luggage—Still No Compensation After Months
Six to seven months ago, I flew from Tirana to Istanbul Airport with Air Albania, and I am still waiting for a resolution regarding my baggage issue. My luggage was left behind in Tirana, causing me major inconvenience. When it was finally delivered, I discovered that my suitcases were severely damaged.
I contacted Air Albania multiple times, provided all the necessary details, and was assured that I would receive compensation. However, despite the long delay and numerous emails, I have not received any payment or a proper response.
Air Albania, stop ignoring customers and pay the compensation you promised! Travelers, beware—this airline does not take responsibility for lost or damaged baggage. IGA Airport was also no help during this process. Avoid this airline!
The damage to my suitcase has not been compensated for a year. I keep sending emails, but we are constantly being stalled. They have been making me wait for a year, claiming it is in the SWIFT process, and they are not covering my loss. Very terrible company. My damage is clear with documents and photos, but we cannot find anyone to address it.
