Air Albania Damaged My Luggage on Flight ZB1017—I Request a Replacement or Refund

On May 3, 2025, I traveled with Air Albania on flight ZB 1017 from Tirana to Ankara, seated in 21F. When I picked up my suitcase at Esenboğa Airport, I was shocked to see that it had been badly damaged during the flight.

I immediately filed a damage report at the airport under reference number ESBZB10092. I’m now formally requesting that Air Albania either replace my luggage or issue a full refund for the damage caused. I’ve attached photos clearly showing the extent of the damage.

I trusted the airline with my belongings, and this is completely unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution and compensation for the inconvenience and loss. Please review the report and visuals and respond without delay.
