Despite Submitting Claims, Still No Compensation for Damaged Baggage by Air Albania

On November 18, 2023, I flew with Air Albania on flight number ZB1003 with ticket number 6672311128341 from Tirana to Istanbul. Upon retrieving my luggage in Istanbul, I noticed significant damage including cracks, fractures, and burst zippers. I promptly filed a damage report through TGS Ground Services (PIR_report: ISTZB10304) and documented the damage with photos, sending the report to Air Albania as instructed. Additionally, I emailed the photos and report to Air Albania on November 19, 2023. After several days of correspondence, I submitted the requested documents in PDF format. Air Albania offered compensation of $50 for my luggage and requested my IBAN details, which I promptly provided. However, despite multiple reminders, I have yet to receive any payment. I continue to email the company without receiving any response. With no communication number available, I can only reach them via email. Their decision to offer only $50 for luggage that exceeds this value, coupled with the lack of resolution during a time when I need to purchase a new suitcase, is disappointing. As an affiliate of Turkish Airlines, in which I place my trust, Air Albania's failure to address passenger grievances undermines my confidence. I demand a prompt resolution to my grievance.
