Air Albania Damaged My Luggage on Flight ZB1003

After my flight with Air Albania on September 2, 2024 (flight ZB1003), I received my luggage completely broken. I immediately filed a complaint at the airport, and my complaint was registered under the number ISTZB11372. Photos of my damaged luggage were taken and sent to Air Albania for review. I am incredibly frustrated by this situation and request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible. I expect Air Albania to take responsibility and either repair or replace my damaged luggage. This needs to be handled urgently, as the damage is unacceptable, and I am waiting for a prompt resolution.
