Agoda's Non-Responsive Customer Service Traps Me in Wrong Booking - Refund Request Denied

I booked a hotel through Agoda (ID: 1383191244), but my travel plans changed, and I requested a refund. Although the reservation was marked as non-refundable, I contacted the hotel directly, and they confirmed they could issue a refund free of charge. However, they mentioned that Agoda needs to reach out to them for this to happen.
When I tried to request a refund through the Agoda app, it stated that refunds are at the hotel's discretion. The hotel has agreed to refund, but Agoda’s system keeps sending me automatic emails saying the hotel has denied my request. There’s no one to contact on the app, and I’m stuck in this loop. I need Agoda to reach out to the hotel and process my refund as soon as possible!
