The Booking Double Payment Issue Has To Be Solved Right Away

Booking ID : 909521740 Time : 2023-05-06T09:21:43.722Z Short summary: Two twice paid We got a reservation on 19-20 May at Amsterdam.when I look my credit card I saw that the amount of 7.041,77 Turkish money has been paid 2 times on 1st May and 4th May. There is no available limit on my card at the moment because of two twice paid. I send mail but not help us about this problem. I added this photo of my credit card's bill, and write all details but not solve anything, I wonder how long I'll be waiting like this, they aren't telling us anything else either, this is so not polite, never accepted by any common civic behavioral patterns.
