I made a reservation at Tonic Hotel de Louvre through Agoda on December 1, reservation number 1453089948. On the same day at 15:27:03, an open authorization payment was processed, and on December 4, I noticed an additional charge was taken from my account.
This duplicate payment is unacceptable, and after reading other complaints, it seems this issue is not uncommon. I sent an email requesting the immediate cancellation of the second pending charge. However, I have been unable to reach customer service by phone. The pending payment is also blocking my ability to process other transactions with my bank.
I demand that Agoda resolves this issue urgently by canceling the duplicate charge. If no action is taken, I will initiate legal proceedings. The open authorization amount was ₺9,745.60, processed on December 1, 15:27:03.
