Duplicate Payment Issue for Hotel Reservation on Agoda

On July 5th, I made a reservation for Söğüt Hotel through the Agoda website, with reservation number 1288231072. I noticed that there was an authorized hold on my account on July 5th and an additional charge on July 8th for the same reservation. After reading similar complaints, it seems this is a common issue.

I have emailed Agoda and urgently request the cancellation of the pending duplicate payment authorization. I cannot reach customer service by phone, and this second pending charge is affecting my ability to perform other transactions with my bank.

I am seeking an immediate resolution for this issue and the cancellation of the duplicate payment. If not resolved promptly, I will initiate legal action. The authorization hold was placed by Agoda on July 5th at 9:43 AM for ₺1,870.08.
