Agoda Gave Me One Room Instead of Two and I Couldn’t Get a Refund or Support


I experienced a major issue with my Agoda reservation at Passage Boutique Hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan, dated May 1, 2025, under reservation number 1606785970. I had booked 2 rooms for 3 people for 1 night, but when we arrived, the hotel informed us that only one room was available. They refused to provide the second room due to lack of availability.
The hotel explained that because Agoda processes payments with a delay of up to one month, I needed to contact Agoda myself for a refund. Despite my efforts, there is no customer service line available for Turkey, and I could not reach a real representative. I even contacted the email address provided by their chatbot, but received no response.
This situation left us in a terrible position—without accommodation and forced to sleep outside. As a result, we fell ill, and the whole experience caused both financial and emotional distress.

Hello, I received a response from support via email, but even though 48 hours have passed, I still haven't received any update regarding the result. When will the refund process take place? When will you share the latest information about the process?
