Agoda Cancellation And Refund Issue - Booking Sold For Unavailable Hotel

I made two separate reservations for Roomers Nişantaşı Hotel on Agoda for two different dates. However, I later learned that this hotel no longer exists, has closed, or is no longer operating. I am facing a serious issue because the hotel is still being listed and sold on the platform despite not actually providing service. My first reservation is number 1668593484 for a stay from 21/11/2025 to 22/11/2025. The second is number 1670455766 for a stay from 10/01/2026 to 11/01/2026. I have paid for both reservations. As soon as I realized the situation, I contacted Agoda customer service, but no concrete solution was offered, and I was only directed to a phone line. Since there is no call center number available for use in Turkey, the process is stuck and I cannot receive support. Because the hotel is not operating yet is still being sold on the Agoda platform, this issue falls under Agoda’s responsibility. I request the immediate cancellation of both reservations and a full refund of the total amount I paid without any deductions. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible.

We have located each of the bookings and we found that for booking ID 1668593484, assistance has been provided and issue has been resolved since 22 November 2025. Email has been sent with the complete information. For the other booking ID, 1670455766 Our team has sent email as well to offer alternative solution but we have not receive any response. Even though the review took about a week, the issue was resolved and they refunded my money.
