Agoda-Expedia Booking Conflict - Refund Issue After Bad Hotel Experience

My Agoda reservation with ID 1243979248 was booked by Agoda through Expedia. After a bad experience at the hotel, we left three days before the end of our vacation. The hotel informed us that it would pay our money back, but the reservation needed to be canceled. Although the reservation was canceled through Agoda, the hotel is not refunding our money because the cancellation was not processed through Expedia at the hotel. I am unable to reach Agoda for assistance.
