Agoda Charged Me but Hotel Didn't See My Reservation

I made the reservation number 1518921320 on Agoda on 31.01.2025. Payment received at the time of booking. When I went to the hotel for check-in, they said that the reservation was not visible and I had to pay again to stay at the hotel. The phone calls I made with customer service, which lasted 3-4 hours ago, did not work. I settled in another hotel. And I will never use it again. The money I sent was not returned to the return mails. I do not recommend booking from the Agoda application. You definitely can't find anyone to deal with.
