Agoda Took My Payment but Held the Same Amount as a Provision Twice

Even though I paid for my travel through Agoda, two days later the same amount appeared as a provision in my bank account. I couldn’t access my money for no apparent reason. Communication with the company has been terrible, and they have been unable to resolve the issue. Despite providing all necessary payment proofs, I received only generic responses that didn’t address my concern. This situation caused major inconvenience, as I couldn’t use the blocked amount for other expenses. I experienced the same problem in September, making this the second time. Considering the repeated issue and lack of proper customer support, I will never work with them again. Booking ID 1465171256.
