I Paid Agoda for Dream of Cappadocia but Hotel Has No Record of My Booking

I’m extremely frustrated with Agoda. On March 18, 2025, I made a reservation for a Standard Double Room at Dream of Cappadocia for two adults, staying from March 30 to April 2 (Reservation ID: 1574221908). I paid the full amount by credit card—₺ completely withdrawn with no refund option. But when we contacted the hotel to confirm the reservation, they told us there is no booking under our name at all.
We’ve called and emailed the hotel multiple times trying to figure this out, but nothing has been resolved. Agoda has not provided any real help or explanation, and there is no way to reach a responsible person. Now we’re stuck with no room and no refund option for a stay we may not even be able to check into.
