Agoda Charged More Than the Shown Price

I made a hotel reservation through the Agoda.com app, but when I checked my bank statement, I saw that the amount charged to my card was higher than the price displayed on the app at the time of booking. There was no clear explanation for this extra charge—no added service fee, no tax breakdown, nothing.

I want to know exactly what this price difference is for. If it’s not clearly stated during the booking process, it should not be deducted from my account. This feels deceptive and completely unprofessional.

Agoda, I’m asking for a full explanation and an immediate refund of the excess amount that was charged. I expect this to be resolved without delay.
