Agoda Charged ₺9189 for Hotel Reservation Instead of ₺4000, No Customer Support
On August 30, my friends and I made a hotel reservation in Fethiye, Muğla, through Agoda. We carefully confirmed the price and hotel details, and after double-checking with my wife for a booking for three people, we proceeded with a payment of ₺4000. However, Agoda somehow withdrew ₺9189 from my account. We have tried every possible way to reach Agoda’s customer service, but it has been impossible. We only approved the ₺4000 payment, yet they charged much more. This is unacceptable, and the fact that we cannot get in touch with Agoda is a huge problem. I hope someone from the company sees this and contacts us immediately to resolve this overcharge.
