Agoda Cancels Confirmed Booking, Doubles Price
I booked a confirmed vacation reservation for a hotel in Fethiye using the Agoda app. Everything appeared to be in order, but only 10 days later, I received an unexpected notification: my reservation had been canceled due to the hotel's repair and unable to deliver services.
To my dismay, I've discovered that the same hotel that was meant to be closed for maintenance has reopened! However, the price has increased since I made my initial reservation. This is intolerable!
I demand that my reservation be reinstated and that any difficulty caused be addressed.

The property for my reservation, which they canceled claiming it was going into maintenance, is still listed and being rented out, of course at a higher price. Therefore, they neither resolved the issue nor did anything about it!
