Agoda Cancelled My Dedeman Hotel Reservation, Then Reconfirmed It

I made a reservation through Agoda for the Dedeman Hotel in Istanbul/Ataşehir on October 16, 2024, at 1:00 AM. However, I received an email at 4:00 AM stating that my reservation had been canceled. As a result, I booked another hotel to avoid being left without accommodations. But later that day, I received another email, this time confirming the previously canceled Dedeman Hotel reservation.
Now, I have unnecessary double bookings with two hotels. I’m requesting assistance with this issue and would like a refund for the Dedeman Hotel reservation. Please help resolve this confusion and process the refund as soon as possible.
