Agoda Charged Me Twice for My Hotel Booking and Won’t Respond
On May 5, 2025, I booked a stay at the Dedeman Bostancı Hotel through Agoda for the dates May 7–11. My reservation number is 1607909988.
To my surprise and frustration, I was charged twice for the same booking—once on May 5, and again on May 8. I’ve reviewed both my bank statement and payment history, and it’s clear that two separate transactions were made for a single reservation.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of customer service. There’s no way to reach a live representative on the Agoda website, and I’ve received no reply to my attempts to contact support.
I demand an immediate refund of the duplicate charge and a clear explanation of how this error occurred. Charging customers twice and offering no accessible support is completely unacceptable.
You said the problem would be solved within a month, but it still hasn't been resolved.
