On December 24, 2024, I booked a reservation through Agoda for Dedeman Hotel in Istanbul. Realizing there was an error with the dates, I immediately requested a date change or, if not possible, a cancellation. Agoda claimed they contacted the hotel for a date change, but the hotel denied receiving any communication. When I personally contacted the hotel, they assured me they would approve the date change if Agoda reached out. However, Agoda failed to follow through, leaving me unable to change the booking or cancel it. Despite having paid for the reservation, I received no service. I am requesting an immediate refund for this unresolved issue and urge Agoda to improve communication with its partners to avoid such situations.
