Aesop Sent Me Damaged Products and Their Customer Support Blamed Me for It

Although I have been a devoted Aesop customer for years, I am seriously reevaluating ever buying from them with my recent encounter with their customer service. I got damaged goods and contacted customer support right away, providing a thorough description together with three clear images of the damage. Still, the representative charged me with not giving enough information. She seems not even bothered looking at the pictures I emailed. She quickly cut up the discussion without providing any answers after ten minutes of back-and-forth devoid of any meaningful help. Particularly from a business like Aesop that values quality and care, this kind of disrespectful and dismissiveness is unacceptable. Seeing such bad customer service from a firm I previously trusted depresses me.
