Cosette Sold Me a Counterfeit Bag and Made the Refund Process Extremely Difficult
Working with Cosette has been nothing less than a nightmare. Having faith in their assertions of authenticity and excellent service, I bought a bag from them. Upon getting the bag, I discovered some dubious elements including uneven stitching and a fragile clasp unfit for Prada's customary quality. After deciding to get it verified by a reputable third-party service, they determined it was phoney. Pursuing a refund from Cosette has been a demanding, draining procedure. Their customer service is contemptuous; every email reply seems to be a manufactured justification. I even went personally to their store and was turned away. Shopping with Cosette is a really unpleasant and regrettable experience because of her lack of openness and denial of accountability.
