Adobe Keeps Charging Me After I Canceled Photoshop

June 15 9:29 AM

Even though I canceled my paid Adobe Photoshop subscription on April 14 and received a confirmation email stating that the cancellation had been completed, Adobe has continued charging my İş Bankası card approximately $10 every month. I also continue to see new payment attempts being made against my card.

I do not accept these ongoing charges because I canceled my subscription on time and have written confirmation that it was successfully terminated. The email address associated with my Adobe account can be shared with Adobe for verification if necessary. I ask Adobe to review its records, confirm that my subscription was in fact canceled, and investigate why these recurring charges have continued despite the cancellation.

I request that my subscription be fully and permanently canceled, if it has not already been, and that all charges collected from my account since the cancellation date be refunded in full to my card or bank account.
