Adobe Charges ₺2074.80 for a 14-day Trial Even Though I Don't Use It

I signed up for a 14-day trial to edit a PDF file, but when I tried to cancel before the trial ended, the process was anything but straightforward. I was directed to cancel through the "subscriptions and plans" section, where I was informed that my card wasn’t on file and payment couldn’t be processed. This led me to re-enter my card details, yet the cancellation didn’t go through, and for two months, I was unknowingly charged ₺319.20 per month, totaling ₺740. When I tried to cancel again, I was hit with an additional cancellation fee of ₺1436.40. How can this happen? A total of ₺2074.8 just to open one file? This is outrageous! I don’t even have an Adobe application installed on any device—neither on my computer nor on my phone. I want this situation investigated, my subscription canceled, and all unfairly taken money refunded. Do not fall for these so-called trials from Adobe; it's a trap!
