Adidas X_plrboost Shoes Came Apart Quickly - I Want Exchange
On 14/07/2025, I purchased a pair of Adidas X_plrboost shoes from the Seyrantepe SPX store with invoice number 1-r-7-4800655. However, shortly after, the right side of the shoe started to come apart. On 02/08/2025, I returned the product to the store, and they said it would be sent for inspection. I visited the store twice, and each time I was told to wait 21 business days. During this period, I had to wear boots at work, which was very difficult for me in hot weather. I paid ₺4,619.99 for this product, and because of the issue I experienced, I do not want an exchange for the same model, as I fear encountering the same problem again. In good faith, I am requesting an exchange with a different brand or model instead. If the product is replaced with the same model or repaired and claimed as user error, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I kindly request that my issue be resolved quickly and in a way that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
