Adidas Cancels The Purchased Product Without Notice

I purchased shoes number ATR02686381 through the adidas mobile application on 29.11.2023. It was shipped that day and the cargo was delivered the next day. When I checked in the evening to see why my cargo had not arrived, the product appeared to be returned. When I went to the cargo branch in the morning, I was informed by the seller via e-mail that it was withdrawn. The fact that they returned it at their own discretion without my request for a refund and that their customer representatives did not respond at all is the ultimate disgrace. I followed the product for months, found a discount and bought it. Send it pls.
