I used an e-gift card to place an order with Adidas, but my order was subsequently canceled for operational reasons, and the gift card value was not returned. How can I recover the redeemed gift card balance?

In most cases, when your Adidas order is canceled, the money from the e-gift card used to make the purchase should be automatically credited back to that gift card, effectively canceling the order. Your gift card balance should be adjusted almost immediately after the cancellation of your order.
The voucher type determines how returns and cancellations are handled:
• Adidas usually doesn't need to be contacted if your order is fully canceled or you cancel it. Automatically reactivate the voucher code after 24 hours.
• Monetary Discount Voucher: If you return the entire order, your £10 discount voucher will be reinstated. Such cases require no contact.
• Adidas (Refund) Gift Card: If an Adidas (refund) gift card order is partially returned or canceled, you will receive an email refund. If you used another payment method with your gift card, refunds will be applied first.
• Contact Adidas to request a replacement percentage discount voucher (e.g., 10% off). This replacement voucher is available if you return the order.
