Adidas Ultra Boost Shoes Warranty Claim

I invested in a pair of Ultra Boost shoes from the Adidas store in Natavega shopping mall, Ankara, Turkey. I took great care to keep them clean and protect them from any potential damage. Despite my efforts, one shoe developed a rip in the vamp area, without any external cause. I promptly visited the shop, and they sent the shoes to their center for warranty evaluation. However, after approximately three weeks, I received a message stating that the shoes had been returned, and Adidas had taken no action. There was no replacement, no repair, and no refund provided. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of resolution from Adidas regarding my ripped Ultra Boost shoes. It is disheartening to receive such poor support, especially after being diligent in maintaining the shoes. I urge Adidas to address this issue and provide a suitable solution.
