Adidas Terrex from Deichmann Tore on the Side—Warranty Claim Denied Without Explanation
I purchased a pair of Adidas Terrex from Real Deichmann on December 8, 2024. Despite minimal use, the side of the shoe tore. On February 22, 2024, I returned to the Real branch and requested assistance, expecting a fair resolution. Instead, my warranty claim was rejected without any real inspection or explanation.
When I asked for clarification, I was told, "We don’t have any information." What exactly is the inspection team evaluating if they can’t provide any reasoning for their decision? On top of that, it took them two weeks to respond, which is far too long for such a simple case.
Deichmann, this is unacceptable! A well-known corporate brand should handle customer complaints more professionally. I demand a proper investigation and a fair resolution—either a repair or a replacement!
