Premature Damage in Adidas Shoes

I bought a pair of Adidas shoes from Deichmann in June, and they developed tears and openings within four months. In general, I'm pleased with the Deichmann products I purchase. I've had Nike shoes for four years, and when they developed minor problems despite the passage of time, they were always helpful in resolving the issue. However, I am completely unsatisfied with the product this time. I wore the Adidas shoes I bought the next day, and they left my feet in terrible shape, causing blisters. Water got into the back of my foot. When I contacted Deichmann about this complaint, they were uncooperative. Although I was able to work around the problem, the premature wear and tear, first in the Adidas shoes and then in the Deichmann brand, significantly reduced my trust in these products. I had also purchased Adidas shoes from the In Street store on the same day, and they began to tear after only a week. However, when I returned them to the store, they were immediately replaced. I hope Deichmann can demonstrate the same level of concern and dedication. I purchased the shoes in Istanbul and am now in Diyarbakir. The establishment appears to be closed. Please address this matter as soon as possible...
