Adidas Shoe Quality Issue

I bought a pair of Adidas shoes from Boyner's YKM store in Izmir in April 2023. Unfortunately, the top part of the shoes got ripped. When I took the product to the Boyner store at Izmir Hilltown for warranty service, they told me that it was my fault. It's really disappointing that a pair of shoes that were supposed to be good quality and expensive only lasted me 5.5 months and made me feel like I got ripped off. My family has been loyal customers of Boyner for years, but after this bad experience, we won't be shopping there until they address our concerns. We also won't be recommending it to others. If necessary, I'm prepared to pursue my rights through legal means. I demand a resolution to my problem. (Yasin D**** 0542****660)
