Adidas Canceled Order Despite Customer Clearly Rejecting Refund

On January 19, 2026, I purchased an adidas Terrex Xperior Primaloft jacket (size L) from the adidas online store under order number atr90899874, and I paid the full amount by credit card. Later, I was informed that the product was out of stock and that adidas was trying to source it. During this process, I was told that if I chose to cancel the order, a 15% discount coupon would be issued to me. However, I clearly and repeatedly told customer service representatives that I had purchased this product with a 35% discount, that the offered 15% discount was not acceptable, that adidas products are already quite expensive, and that I did not want a refund.
Despite all these conversations, on February 6, 2026, my order was unilaterally refunded without any communication or approval from me. This action is completely contrary to customer rights and basic principles of customer satisfaction. Even though I clearly stated multiple times that I did not want a refund, the adidas online store proceeded with this action without considering the customer’s wishes, which I find unacceptable. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that a solution be provided while preserving the original terms of my order.
