Adidas Failed to Deliver Shoes I Ordered and Paid For
I ordered the eastrail 2.0 mid RAIN.RDY Hiking Shoes from Adidas on January 15, but the very next day, January 16, my order was canceled without any reason being provided. After this, I called customer service on January 16, a cart was created for me, and I placed the same order again. Between January 16 and January 23, I contacted customer service almost every day and also regularly checked my order status through Adidas’s online system. Each time, I was told that there were no issues with my order. Despite this, on January 23, my second order was also canceled. Throughout this entire process, the payment for my purchase with order number atr90874624 was charged to my credit card, and even though I placed my order correctly and paid on time, the process progressed entirely due to errors originating from Adidas. I could have purchased this product from other websites at the same price, but I specifically chose Adidas. Now, however, this model is no longer available anywhere at that price. I will be traveling on January 27, and because of this situation, I am left without shoes and without the opportunity to buy this model at the price I originally paid. I do not accept experiencing this level of inconvenience when I did nothing wrong. I believe the cancellations were entirely caused by Adidas’s own systems and processes, and I request that this issue be resolved by supplying me with the same model shoes as soon as possible at the price that was valid when I originally placed my order. I would also like to clearly state that standard 10–20% discount coupon offers will not adequately compensate for the inconvenience I have experienced; I expect a concrete and satisfactory solution.
