Adidas Blamed Me for the Heel Damage, Warranty Is Declined
One of the 3 products I bought started to open at the heel within 2.5 months, and when I sent my product to warranty, I received a response saying it was customer-related. I am a person who uses my shoes with a rickshaw. When I called customer service, I got negative results again. When I asked why it didn't happen in the other 2 shoes, but in this one, they couldn't say anything, such nonsense, they offer no report or something detailing whatever is wrong with the sneaker, actually they can't because it's not on me.
