Acer n515-57/i5 Notebook Computer Broke Down, No Replacement Was Given

On March 5th, 2023, I bought an Acer n515-57/i5 notebook computer from the Media Markt store in Ceylan AVM Diyarbakır. The same day, I experienced a delay in opening and a flickering screen problem. Even though I received some assistance through the remote support package I paid for at the same store, the issue was not resolved. I was then directed to return the faulty product to the store for a refund. Five days after purchasing the product, on March 10th, 2023, I visited the store and after they checked the computer, they agreed that it was faulty. However, they stated that they did not have the authority to process the refund and that they would send it to the relevant service center, which would take about 20 days to resolve. Feeling helpless, I surrendered the computer for return. As a consumer who bought a new product, why do I have to wait 20 days? The seller's technical staff should have reported and expedited my return process. During this 20-day process, all my work was disrupted. I have been left without a replacement computer and my resources have been used up. I urge for a solution to this blatant disregard of consumer rights to be promptly considered and approved.
