Acer Nitro 5 with RTX 4060 Graphics Card Unfixed by Service Center

I have never experienced such poor service as that of SMS Infocomm and Acer representatives. The same goes for Acer. My Acer Nitro 5 with the RTX 4060 graphics card was sent for service through Media Markt on September 24th due to numerous issues and complaints. Today is October 28th, and they are simply unreachable when I call.
Even the responsible employee at Media Markt is not picking up. There was contact a few days ago, but they promised to call back in 2 days, which they never did. Also, when I call, no one answers the phone. It has been more than 21 business days, over a month has passed, and they haven't taken care of it. Despite documenting every issue in detailed videos and uploading them, discussions with the responsible parties only mentioned the possibility of replacement.
Without proper investigation, they claim that my brother's graphics card was faulty from the beginning. I will cancel the replacement request based solely on this claim and demand a refund. If something happens again, I do not want to deal with such service again. As a student, I feel extremely disadvantaged. I plan to file a complaint.
