Acer Aspire 7 Hinge Issue Not Resolved, Repair Delayed Unreasonably
I sent my Acer Aspire 7 laptop to Acer through Vatan Bilgisayar for repair due to broken hinges, which is a known issue with this model. The laptop was initially sent from Ankara to Istanbul and then returned without any action taken. Today, I was informed that it has been sent back to Acer in Istanbul for repair, but I was told it would be a paid repair despite this being a recurring problem for Acer devices.
This process has already taken 2.5 weeks, and I’ve been informed it will require at least 20 more business days. As an IT student starting my internship next week, I urgently need my laptop, and this delay is unacceptable. I request that the repair fee be waived and that the process be expedited. Please address this issue promptly!
