Aaptiv Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription and Deactivated My Account

I started off really liking Aaptiv because of its variety of workout choices, but over time, the programs felt repetitive and lost their appeal, leading me to look for a different app that fits my preferences more effectively. I canceled my Aaptiv subscription three months back and received confirmation that my account was deactivated. To my surprise, I found an attempt to charge my credit card for an annual subscription yesterday. Upon logging into the app, I found that my account remained inaccessible, indicating that I wasn’t an active member. After contacting customer support, they promptly reversed the charge, but the experience left me feeling unsettled. This seems like a strategy to gather unnoticed payments, and it’s quite disheartening. I can no longer recommend Aaptiv.
