Having expected consistent services and access to local gym advantages as stated, I registered for their premium membership. My monthly rate abruptly rose by 35% two months ago without warning or explanation. To exacerbate the situation, all of the gym alliances in my area were deleted without any notice from Aaptiv immediately following. I was totally disregarded when I tried to get their support service to help and clarify things. Unanswered several emails and texts left me without a means of addressing the problem. It is unacceptable of Aaptiv to be opaque and ignore its consumers. They seem more driven in profit than in offering the promised service. Guard against this company!
