Aaptiv Charged Me Blocked Access and Failed to Resolve Customer Service Issues

Aaptiv's customer service has really let me down. A technical issue in their app has prevented me from accessing all premium workout programs, despite being charged this month for an elite membership. It now states that I’m not eligible for features I have already paid for. I've been attempting to sort out this problem for more than a week now, but I've had no success getting in touch with anyone by phone, and the email replies I've received are sluggish and not very useful. The responses I've gotten appear to be automated and fail to tackle the real issue at hand. This service, which is promoted as premium and carries a significant price, really falls short with its lack of support. I am quite disappointed and cannot suggest Aaptiv to anyone.
