On August 29, 2025, I deposited 4,000₺ into my 7slots account (username: Y****_) via EFT through Ziraat Bankası. Despite providing the correct receipt and all details, the money was neither credited to my game account nor refunded to my bank account.
It has now been five days with no resolution. During this time, I contacted 7slots customer service three separate times, and each time I was told to wait different amounts of time. Yet, the problem remains unresolved, and I have not been given any clear explanation about where my money actually went.
What makes this situation even more painful is that the money I deposited was my children’s savings. Now, both my funds and their rightful money are missing. This has caused me significant frustration and disappointment, as I trusted the platform and expected transparency.
I am demanding that 7slots immediately credit the 4,000₺ to my account or issue a full refund without further delay. My loss must be resolved urgently, and I expect proper communication about what happened to my funds.
