On April 15, 2025 at 2:45 AM, I made a ₺2300 deposit into my 7Slots account. Not only did the money never show up in my game balance, but days have passed with no resolution. I’ve contacted live support every single day, and instead of helping, they respond mockingly or not at all.
What’s worse is that I made two additional deposits since then, and the same issue happened again. None of the funds were credited, and support continues to brush off my complaints. I’ve filed a complaint through their system and informed them via chat, but nothing has changed.
7Slots, this is completely unacceptable. You’re holding my money without providing the service I paid for. I demand that all three deposits be immediately credited to my account. Stop ignoring your users and fix this issue now. Your lack of professionalism and accountability is causing real financial harm.
