7Slots Did Not Credit My ₺500 Bank Transfer Deposit
On September 4 at 13:34, I deposited ₺500 into my 7Slots account via bank transfer. Even after two full days, my balance still shows as zero and the deposited amount has not been credited to my account.
I have sent my payment receipt multiple times, but every time I contact live support, I am connected to a different agent and forced to explain the issue from the beginning again. Instead of providing a solution, they simply give me excuses and dismiss the matter. This repeated cycle is frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has left me feeling deceived and mistrustful of the platform.
I demand that the ₺500 deposit I made be credited to my account immediately. Customers deserve timely processing of payments and consistent support, not endless delays and excuses.
