I am very disappointed with how 7Slots has handled my recent financial issue. I transferred a total of ₺27,000 across three separate transactions (₺7,000, ₺10,000, and another ₺10,000). After noticing the funds didn’t show up in my account, I was asked to submit my account statements, which I did. Then I was told to wait for five days while the finance team reviewed the case.
On the sixth day, there was still no update. Instead, they requested a screen recording of my bank statement this time, which I also provided. Despite fulfilling every request, I’ve received no concrete resolution. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they act as if I’m the one who made the mistake. Each time I contact support, I’m met with vague replies like “We’re investigating,” or “There’s a delay due to volume.” No direct contact number is available, and each online chat representative says something different.
This situation is deeply frustrating and unacceptable. I demand the finance team process my missing deposits immediately and restore my trust in the platform. This delay has already gone on far too long.
