For the past three days, I have been trying to withdraw 1.200₺ from my 7Slots account. I attempted all of the available withdrawal methods, did not encounter any error messages, yet the money never reached my account. When I contacted customer service, I only received misleading and evasive responses, and my issue was never resolved.
Currently, my balance is still visible in my account, but the withdrawal is not being processed. It feels like the site is deliberately stalling in hopes that players cancel their withdrawal requests. Even worse, I was told “the money has left us,” yet after more than a day, they still had the ability to cancel the withdrawal “at my request.” If the funds had truly been sent to a payment provider, how could the transaction be reversed? Normally, payment intermediaries process withdrawals instantly, but 7Slots does not deliver as promised.
When signing up, it was clearly stated that withdrawals would be processed within 30 minutes to 1 day. Yet I have now been waiting for three days with no payment. I demand that my 1.200₺ be transferred to my bank account immediately and that 7Slots stop deceiving customers with false timelines and excuses. I also want other users to be aware of this unfair practice.
