1win Withdrawal Not Credited into Account

I made a withdrawal request of 2,500 from my 1win.in account on 11/12/2025 at 10:39 to my State Bank of India account. In the 1win.in system, the withdrawal status appears as “success”, but the money has not been credited to my bank account. I contacted 1win.in customer support about this problem, they asked me to provide my bank account report in PDF format. I am unable to provide this document, so the issue remains unresolved, and I still have not received the 2,500 in my bank account. I request that 1win.in urgently checks this withdrawal and immediately credits the amount of 2,500 to my State Bank of India account without insisting on documents that I am unable to provide.
