Despite sending the required transaction receipt to 1win, my funds have not been credited to my account. What's worse, no representative from 1win has contacted me to address the issue. I am frustrated and demand that my problem be resolved immediately. I also request that someone from 1win reach out to me as soon as possible to discuss this matter. I am not a new player on the 1win platform, so this lack of communication and delayed payment is unacceptable. Please take my complaint seriously and fix this situation promptly. I expect a timely resolution and a direct phone call to restore my trust in 1win.
